About
Over the last 30 years, several crises have affected South America, including the Jewish communities in those countries. As a result, people began to emigrate, moving to Israel, the United States, and Canada.
In 2004, Berel and Rivka Kremer, along with their young children, arrived in Canada, specifically in Montreal. They quickly realized the need to organize a South American Jewish community in the city. Jews coming from Latin America not only share a common language but also a distinct culture, different from both Israeli Jews and North American Jews.
Recognizing this, the Kremers took on the responsibility of creating a community that would provide support for the many families who had arrived—and continue to arrive. Regardless of the need—whether it be healthcare assistance, job placement, or helping families establish themselves—the Kremers have worked to provide essential support. Their efforts are rooted in the fundamental values of Jewish identity and unwavering community support.

Daily Thought
There is only one thing that can put you further ahead than success, and that is surviving failure.
When you are successful, you are whole and complete. That is wonderful, but you cannot break out beyond your own universe.
When you fail, you are broken. You look at the pieces of yourself lying on the ground and say, “This is worthless.”
Now you can escape. The shell is broken, the defining shell of a created...
